THE 2017 RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE MCAL

Attached are our League Rules and Regulations. Be sure that your team has uniforms as any player without a uniform will not be permitted to play. We use a hybrid of High School, NBA and our own rules to govern game play.

2017 MCAL Player Waiver and Accidental Release Form

THE MCAL WAIVER FORM - ALL PLAYERS MUST SIGN BEFORE PLAYING

All players MUST sign this waiver form prior to the player's first game. This waiver form holds the Morris County Athletic League, LLC harmless of any accidental injury that may occur during the players time inside the Parsippany PAL.
